Both Katherine and Russell have been trained in Catering and Hospitality and have been working in the industry for some 20 years.
Over this period of time they have a acquired an extensive repertoire and have had the privilege of working with highly talented chefs.
Their experience ranges from Michelin Star to Pub/Restaurant establishments. Hence, they have an intimate knowledge of culinary needs and preferences and the ability to cater for traditional fayre and the more adventurous cuisine.
Russell is best known in the area for being a chef for a number of years at a local public house in the Machynlleth area. Prior to that, he was a chef at one of Hay on Wye’s most prestigious catering establishments.
Katherine may be familiar to people in the Machynlleth and Glantwymyn area as she has produced cakes and speciality breads on a part time basis. She will also be known to some people in the Aberystwyth area as she has worked as a catering lecturer and run various catering courses in Coleg Ceredigion.
